My life’s pretty good…as of this writing I live in Boise, Idaho with my dog, Hazel.
As We Get To Know Each Other… You’ll Quickly Realize That I’m SO Blessed To Be Where I Am Now - So Let’s Talk About Where I Was After The Recession Of 2008 Left Me Homeless, Jobless, And In Debt
I was in my 30s and living in New York City.

I had no boxing career, because I’d retired.

I had no apartment, because the economy crashed and I couldn’t afford my rent.

I had no family nearby (my family was on the other side of the country), so I had no one to help me.

... and I had just lost all my personal training clients, because everyone was scared of the Recession.

All this meant I couldn’t afford to stay in New York City.

So I packed up my stuff and my dog (at the time), Champ, and drove across the country to my home state of Idaho, where I started personal training again.

Then I got into elite road cycling, where I often rode my road bike 300 miles a week while keeping up with the fastest men.

And even though I was exercising like crazy, I was starting to get FAT. I also had really bad IBS. My stomach hurt. Cellulite was popping up on my hips and thighs.

There’s a stupid myth out there...that if you just exercise hard enough, you shouldn’t get fat.

…Well, I found out that is COMPLETE bull crap.

If you want to lose stubborn fat, out-training a bad diet is NOT POSSIBLE.

I know, because I tried.

I gave it everything I had.

I gave it my BEST shot.

It didn’t work (even for me, an elite-level athlete)…

Because I played by the rules and I did everything mainstream weight loss advice says to do...
I Ended Up The Fattest I’d Ever Been, And I Hated It…
I hated it because I'd been an athlete for most of my adult life.

I’d been a federally licensed, professional boxer who’d fought in 15 pro fights all over the world during my 8-year career.

Aerobics instructor couldn't lose weight until Code Red!
I had lost weight before through other programs only to slowly gain it back. For two years I was an AFFA certified aerobics instructor and still couldn’t keep the weight off. I had been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, was having spinal injections to combat chronic neck pain every 3 months and I was done. I knew Code Red was different and I wanted to go all in. I wanted to fully commit to changing my lifestyle and not to just losing some weight. I love how healthy I feel, the energy I have in addition to the mental clarity and focus that I had never had before. I have not had a spinal injection since starting Code Red.
When I started Code Red April 8, 2019 I weighed 178 pounds. Today I am 118.6 and I ain’t never going back there!
Code Red worked when gastric bypass surgery failed
I've tried it all, including gastric bypass. Cristy's program is the key!!! Who would have EVER thought I'd wear a size 0-2?!! I'm eternally grateful for my new, healthy self! Thank you Code Red. 💪
From overweight for almost his whole life to down 74 pounds!
I was overweight for basically my whole life. When I peaked at 297 pounds my doctor said, “If you pass 300, don’t come back.” But I didn’t know how to lose weight! I kept telling my wife, “I’m getting too heavy. I could lose to not be so heavy,” and I patted my abundant middle roll. Overweight, pre-diabetic and with heart rhythm issues, I found out about Code Red from my daughter. Then when my wife decided to join a Code Red challenge, I joined in willingly, too. I went on to lose 74 pounds on Code Red and have kept it off for over four years. I also went off statins for cholesterol, which were causing severe muscle aches and discomfort in my shoulders. I dropped statins (under my doctor's supervision) after a month on Code Red and my doctor reduced my blood pressure meds to almost nothing. Now I weighs comfortably less, don't worry about diabetes, and my heart rhythm thing is at least as good as it was. I was diagnosed with and overcame neuroendocrine cancer since joining Code Red, and my surgery and recovery were remarkably fast. I know that's because of Code Red. If you're considering trying Code Red, my question to you would be, “Why not?”
From a "lost cause" to down 45 pounds without exercise
At the end of 2017, I weighed 165 pounds and suffered from blocked veins in my entire left leg, trauma from a fall. My blood pressure was up, I had GERD, and I did not feel very energetic. I had cut out gluten products in desperation, and it helped some because I'd lost a few pounds and needs less proton pump inhibitors. Spring of 2018 I became aware of Code Red and also had joined an Unstoppable Influence challenge, because my attitude sucked and I didn't believe I could EVER improve my health OR state of mind. I considered myself a lost cause. I joined my first Code Red 10 pound takedown June, 2018 and started following the rules a month before. I lost down to 153 a week before the challenge and 149 as I weighed in for it. I got down to 125 within a year and have since lost down to 118 pounds, which I have kept off for over four years. The need for heartburn meds has long since passed. I've been taken off blood pressure meds of any kind. In fact, I take zero prescriptions. And I NEVER get heartburn, plus my leg fares MUCH better with less weight on it. I ain't ever going back!
From struggling with "crap" to down 97 pounds!
Started CR on March 23rd and have not looked back. I used to struggle with eating nothing but crap, and always had some kind of late night snack. Since CR I have more energy, feel good about my food choices, and can literally feel myself getting skinny (from weight that took me almost 19 years of poor choices to gain).
From "letting her weight go" to losing 81 pounds!
I started my journey with code red back in June of 2021 after a little influence from my sister in law. I had been down the weight loss journey many times with several different diet plans and even was a certified yoga instructor several years ago, but due to being in a vehicle accident and a few other life situations I gave up my yoga studio and took a different way with life settled in way more than I should have and let my weight go. The discussion had come up several times between my significant other and myself on finding a way to lose the weight and keep it off. This was something he was interested in doing with me! We together have lost right at 150 pounds and couldn’t imagine going back, it’s a lifestyle! I am so thankful for the support! It’s very simple and has a great community to help answer any questions!
Mother and daughter lose 30 pounds each!
I am 60, my mom is 80. We have each released 30 lbs on the Code Red Lifestyle. I have been binging or dieting the past 45 years. I’ve hated my body for the last 56 years. Then I found CodeRed where I’ve learned to love myself and walk taller. I found that it’s easier to love others as well.
Down 45 pounds and back to her high school weight!
I’ve gained and lost some 50 pounds many times. My friend started Code Red, successfully, as I started yet again to diet. When I stalled, I decided to read the Code Red book and join a 10 pound takedown. In 8 months I had lost back to my high school weight and have kept it off a year. I feel like it makes so much sense and is sustainable.
Down 100 pounds and feeling better than she has in years!
Joined Code Red Lifestyle in August 2021 after watching my friend lose over 100 lbs and share her journey on social media. In July, I attended a work conference and while speaking to my colleagues from the stage… I looked around and in my mind was like “I’m the fattest person in the room.” That is how I felt even if it wasn’t true. I later received kudos for my presentation and lots of laughs. And in my mind. “I don’t want to be the funny fat girl.” That’s it, that was my moment. I joined ten pound takedowns exclusively until starting my home study program with coaching in late Jan 2022. Since joining code red, taken off of metformin in first five months, no more plantar fasciitis and acid reflux.

Like most, my health journey my entire life has not been easy. I was never considered to be a healthy weight by industry standards, tried every diet, and my all consuming emotional eating kept me from ever achieving my personal health goals. After several years of enduring seven fertility treatments, suffering the loss of seven miscarriages, tackling the mountain of adoption, diagnosed with PCOS, Endometriosis, and Lyme Disease, I found myself at the heaviest and unhealthiest I had ever been. After a camping trip in July 2020, my ankle went out for no reason and I found myself at my doctor's office at a loss for what was wrong - the joint pain was crippling. During our appointment, my Doctor recommended I read Cristy's book, "The Code Red Revolution", hoping to address my pain with what I was eating. I consumed Cristy's book in 2 days, listened to all of her podcasts, signed up for a 10 pound takedown the following week where I lost 15 lbs, and then invested and bet on myself with a custom program. Today, I can say "Hallelujah" I've now lost 85 lbs and counting! My joint pain, brain fog, and fatigue have disappeared, I lost 11 inches in my waist alone, went from a size 20 to a size 6, and am now the smallest I've ever been. I feel like I've witnessed a miracle and give God the glory for making me new again and helping me trust the process. The community of Code Red has and continues to inspire me to keep going and I now feel that I am fully in control of my health and how I want to live my life. I am so thankful for Cristy, this lifestyle, and for her mission to bring hope and healing to all!

Down 65 pounds and fits into her wedding dress again!
Started my code red journey April 22, 2019 at 215.8 pounds after busting the zipper on a size 16 dress a few weeks prior figuring out what dress in my closet I was going to wear for Easter. Answer was none I was too fat!! Hadn’t been able to wear my wedding rings for almost 3 years. I had hit my breaking point and called my friend who had just lost 50 pounds on code red. Signed up for May challenge but started April 22, 2019. One of my goals was to fit into my wedding dress which I tried on May 10th at 207 lbs was 153lbs on sept 24th when I was able to finally zip up. Had lost 54 lbs between pictures. Total weight lost on code red is 65 pounds. Maintaining my goal weight of 150 since Sept 27, 2019.
Down 115 pounds without exercise (because she couldn't exercise due to arthritis)
I truly believed that I had to accept being fat and sick for the rest of my life since I couldn’t exercise to lose weight. I had severe Rheumatoid Arthritis among other health issues and just walking thru the house was difficult. Another Rebel lost over 100 lbs within a year and I believed if she could do it so could I! It truly is the easiest hard thing you’ll do and it’s worth it to feel better than you have ever felt in your life!
